Weddings

It's a simcha!                                                  And it's your simcha.

Elements are solemn, to be sure -- you're sealing a covenant, celebrating a set of commitments (I call the Erusin section of the liturgy, which I'll help you modify, "marriage is hard work but oh so worth it").  But first and foremost, it's a celebration, so the main energies I seek to engender are joyous, and musical, and fun.

And, there's no one right way to do it -- as long as it reflects your values, your relationship, your crowd.  Let's draw deeply on Jewish tradition -- and honor and bring in any/all ethnic or religious identities gathered beneath the huppah -- and make it meaningful and real, together.
